If you’re a shy and nerdy guy, then these dating tips are for you. We know you’ve probably spent more time trying to figure out how to get to the next level on your current video game than you’ve spent around women. Its ok, we understand. Not all men can be suave charismatic players with their A game and their little black books bulging with phone numbers from hot women.
Besides, you probably don’t even want to be like that. You might want a steady girlfriend or maybe just a woman that you can spend time with occasionally but you don’t know what to do or where to start. Surprisingly there are shy introverted girls out there too.
Guess where shy nerdy guys go to meet these shy girls? They meet online. Yes, that’s right. Whether it’s a local chat room, at online dating websites and matchmaking services, or through playing an online multiplayer game together I know friends that have hooked up online and it’s becoming more common. Or maybe it’s through a social media site like Facebook, snapchap, LinkedIn, etc.
Well, you can find girls online and I bet it’s more comfortable browsing for girls online than to have to walk up to strangers and talk to them. At least if you get shot down or rejected online it’s not as embarrassing or nerve wrecking, you just brush it aside and look at the next profile. I highly recommend you give it a try.
It’s ok to be yourself and to be unique; you just have to find the kinds of girls that are into guys like you. If you’re a gamer, look for a girl that’s into video games or the types of things you like. It’s good to have things in common to talk about.
You do have to have a bit of confidence and know what you want. Don’t be too indecisive if she’s flirting and is hinting that she likes you. Go for it! If you’re scared and need to build up your confidence, you can make a list of all your wonderful qualities and reasons why you’re a catch and read your list back to yourself in front of a mirror and listen to some pump up music.
Girls might be a bit out of your comfort zone right now, but you need to learn and try to expand that comfort zone unless you want to be alone your entire life. You can do it! Think back to all your past accomplishments, if you can do all that, then you can certainly muster up the courage to talk to girls. Oh and we can tease or be a little bratty or sarcastic but we don’t bite and women like attention even if it’s from a shy nerdy guy. The least you might get is a smile for your effort.
