Welcome to the New Year guys. I am sure we have all made a new year’s resolution or two and now being the second day in the new year most of us will have already broken them by now. Maybe it was to loose a little weight, stop smoking or cut down on your drinking ( especially after waking up with one hell of a hangover late new years day….never again….). Maybe it was to get fit, make more money or maybe to find that girl that keeps eluding you.
All of the above resolutions will help in finding a girlfriend in 2014. A woman while not totally focused on looks generally is more likley to be attracted to you and say yes to a first date if you look a little trimmer, not smoking and not plastered. Having a little more money to spoil her will certainly help too. But if you are sick and tired of being alone, not having sex, no one to wake up next to in the morning then maybe your new years resolution was finding a girlfriend in 2014.
And now is the time to start. Sit down and imagine it in your minds eye. Dream a little. Imagine what it would be like to have the perfect girlfriend. What would you do?, what would you say?, where would you go?. What would it be like? Now, do more than wish for it. Imagine what it would be like. Try and experience it like it is real and you are actually there. Believe it is real. There are many quotes from learned people and even from the bible I could quote here but basically you just need to see yourself living the life you want. See it clearly and vividly like you are actually living and experiencing it. Its not enough to just be wishing it. You need to convince yourself it is real and you are experiencing these things and that you already have the perfect girlfriend.
Get rid of any negative thoughts, and do it now. Make a promise to yourself not to dwell on the negative. If you start to, just tell yourself to snap out of it and not dwell on the past, but look to the future instead. Just don’t let yourself think about the past and past regrets and what-if. Remember always, we have said before that the past does not equal the future. Believe in this. Change right now. How you feel is determined by what you think. Just change what you think. Quite simple really…but easier said than done. Just work on it. You can do it.
